The Soap Sponge has two sides, an exfoliating side & soft side to suit various skin types. Hmmmm!🤔

I can’t actually review this item because I’m still on holiday without having received my order before I went away. The order was placed & on the confirmation it was noted that orders are only picked up on a Monday & Thursday. After asking if my order would be dispatched on the Thursday I was told No, as you have now changed your pick up days but have yet to amend this on your website. When I asked to cancel this order, you didn’t reply for 5 days & then told me it was too late & that you thought I “May” only need to cancel the order instead of definitely! So I now have 2 sponges waiting at home for me…..not on holiday with me. You did say I could return them at my own expense though!!!

I bought this product after seeing it being recommended on facebook. In fairness we haven’t been troubled by mosquitoes at all this year so I don’t know the effect it would have had!! But the lemony smell is amazing. Also I was told it lasts about 12 days , 14 days 2 people using it and it’s still going strong. I would definitely use it again.

Terrible Customer Service: Avoid

No idea what this product is like. Paid for Royal Mail 24 hour delivery and got Evri snail mail. Chasing contacts were ignored until they knew the item had been delivered a week later, by which time it was too late.
