Messaged them 3 times about this order after not receiving for 3 weeks and heard nothing back. No communication to the customer whatsoever. Not sure if it’s because it’s christmas but it’s a joke as i don’t even need/want this parcel anymore. Can’t even get a refund as they don’t accept them.
